I bought my Wave about 4 weeks ago, and never used the small screwdriver bit until today, and the first time I used it, it snapped in half at the base. Just wondering if this is covered under warranty?

I just recieved this email from Leatherman! They are sending me SEVERAL replacement bits FREE OF CHARGE!!! They really know how to take care of their customers....A++++++

Leatherman service has always been a strong point of theirs. Good to know it still is. :)

I had done some more research, and I had heard from several people that when they bought the tool kit, if any of them ever stripped, they contacted LM immediatly and they sent them replacements free of charge. This is awesome!!! Finally a company who cares about the customer!!
