lol, any chance of there being like a brooklyn brawl? lmao...except minus the garbage cans and all that, and the only thing you can use is a MT?, minus the knife of course, lol. :multi: That would be interesting to describe those injuries now, or when they become scares later. Nope, and I got it on paper!!! LOL, before I was a reserve on the Sheriff's dept here I had to take a psychological eval and it says I am normal.....lol. :salute:

OK you asked for it. This is a true story and I'll tell it as well as my memory will allow.

This happened in Hopkins Minnesota on the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad. I don't remember the date, but it was in the 1970's. Hopkins is a suburb of Minneapolis.   

A wayfreight had their engine parked right in front of the Hopkins depot. The engineer was on the engine and the conductor was in the depot and it was raining cats and dogs. Then two company officers arrived at the depot and "requested" via radio for the engineer to come into the depot. The engineer tried to get out of coming in due to the heavy rain, but the officers "insisted" that he come in. So the engineer took off all of his clothes, climbed off his engine and walked calm as could be right in the depot naked as a jaybird. Well needless to say everyone was pretty impressed with his performance and when they calmed down, the two officers had him commited.

Drum roll please.......................

He got out of it by explaining that he wanted to have dry clothes to put back on when he returned to his engine. So the shrinks let him out and gave him a paper that said he was sane. He worked another 10 to 15 years before he retired and he frequently told us/everyone that he was sane and he could prove it because he had a paper that said so.  :salute:

He was sort of legendary after this.  :D

Can you imagine what it's like when a bunch of us get together and start telling old head stories.

Once about 10 or 12 of us were in a motel conference room and I was the only one that wasn't in the jar. We started telling old head stories and we were laughing so loud that someone complained to the front desk. One warning and we all scattered.

Ahh.... memories   :D
