Our big hardware stores sell cheap & nasty MT's . You have to go to specialty camping/knife stores to buy LM or Vic MT's , I have never seen a SOG for sale in OZ. We where in a city camping store on Friday & they had a standard Swisstool for $200Aus($190US) & a LM Kick for $80Aus  :ahhh. I get all warm & fuzzy thinking about my $15 BO Swisstool  :D

The HD's have the New Wave and the Kick. The Lowe's have the New Wave and the Blast.

Target has the New Wave, Blast, Kick, Juice S2, and I wanna say the Surge.

EDIT

Oh yea, my Lowe's  has the Kobalt multi, the Suspension and the old Powerlock. They have a few Vic's as well.

My Home Depot also has the Husky multi and that hammer thing.

Mine too. But also the Surge and Suspension and of course the Kobalt tool. Funny thing. My local Wal-mart quit carrying the LM Core.

Ours carries the Kick, Fuse, Wave, Charge TTi, Core, and Surge. They also carry some of the pocket knives.

Walmart sells the Fuse, Surge and Kick here.

Our Lowe's used to sell them, but don't know if they do anymore or not.

Our local HD(15 miles) closed down about a month ago. Now I would have to go about 35 miles to get to one.   Our new lowes is opening next month  here in town.  Wish we would have gotten a Menards instead but Lowes is better than nothing. :)

The equivalent in the UK is B&Q. I've only ever seen a couple of knock off MTs in there.
Only really camping stores and some speSmurfpillst tool stores stock brand name MTs over here.
