SOG socket adapter question
on: July 29, 2008, 03:10:29 AM
Does anyone know if the SOG socket adapter fits any other multi-tool? I realize the socket adapter fits onto SOG's special little screw-driver-with-wire-around-it doo-dad, but will it fit the screwdriver on another multi?

A sog adaptor is basically just a fancy 1/4" socket.  I can use a 1/4 socket on the sogs.  only difference is the sog adaptor has a little wire in the outer end to hold the bit in.  Not sure what other MTs it would fit on

I agree with WH, the adapter is not likely to fit any other multitool. :(

The screwdriver-with-wire-around-it blade is kinda thick, and made especially to fit in a 1/4" square drive socket (diagonally)
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools
