Whenever a product makes health claims, I usually google the product's name followed by terms like "scam", "fraud", "quack", etc. That usually provides some interesting results...

If Kevin Trudeau is endorsing it I wouldn't buy it.

He's served time for fraud and been sued several times by the FTC. I wouldn't waste my money.

I'm not thinking about buying, but my Mum was (for my brother) as she has heard from someone that thinks it is great.  I was just wondering if anyone else had any good experiences with them.

I don't know, I'd stick with the pyramid thing.
judge others by how they treat those they are allowed to mistreat

I think any "improvement" is going to be from a placebo effect. I'm sure some people have been "helped" by it but I doubt that it is really the necklace doing it. But I guess if it helps them then it's a good thing.

If you honestly think, and believe it will help you relieve stress, enhance your focus, and improve your overall well being, then it probably will. But that could be said for anything if you believe strongly enough. In clinical drug trials it's called the "placebo effect" like DTH said.

Please, don't let your mom buy this "snake oil" crap.

Don't worry, what you and DTH are saying is pretty much what I think as well. But I am really skeptical about anything like this so I thought I would see what other "real" people thought about it.

Just twist some wire into a loop and tell her it is a qi-enhanced ionic magnetic therapy bracelet. I am serious. Will save her some money and work just as well...

Sorry.  SAKs and flashlights are the only hardware I know that will "improve my health and well-being".  :D :P
