I don't think bluing works on stainless, but there should be something in the instructions to verify that.

Welcome and love that polished Wave.

Can a polished Surge be far behind?

I love most Leatherman products.  I'm learning that SOGs are cool too.  The company's attitude is very open about users modding their tools; they even encourage it and continue to honor the warranty.  Check out the Blacktip thread.  http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,27463.0.html

In this openness aspect SOG is in stark contrast to Victorinox (and the SwissBianco hypocrite who only deems himself worthy of modding SAKs).  But I do also like a lot of SAKs.

PM me if you want one of my kidneys for your SOG TiNi multitool.

OK, both my kidneys.

Hmm, I'm kind of surprised by that, not in a bad way. Just shocked that Core/Fuse/Kick don't have a hangout so to speak. I thought they sold well, maybe age I guess?

Buck thank you friend.
Yes sir, absolutely a Surge is next, or a Charge.
Getting short on funds for a week or two, but one will find its way to my hands somehow, AL or Ti.

Thank you for heads up on SOG MTs, had no idea they were like that or their tools having some Lego characteristics.

I couldn't afford only one there that had my interest today, Huntsman I believe.
I'll pick one of them up down road, got to check that out, I do I mean.

Surge and a Charge are on my want list prior though.
Edit, maybe another Wave too, idk.

We are all enablers here... If only for ourselves or otherwise :D

Vic Huntsman is a great choice for first SAK... It just so happens that my first one was also Huntsman... Now I have 9

Yeah, we get jammed up, either by ourselves or with help of friends.
The Huntsman handle an size caught my eye. If it's not too stout I may snag one for play purposes.

Those polished handles look great, although they will probably scratch easier.
It gives a more quality look to the tools.

Thank you bud.
I agree, they have a tendency to show scratching faster then the brushed surface.
This is OK with me though, it'll give them character and if any are real ugly I can buff them up pretty quickly again.

Fuse saw some rough treatment on sides of highways and streets last couple years and they buffed up well.
