They've made both. Just not anymore. 84mm Campers were a regular catalog model (Model 237k) until the late 1960s. I posted this 84mm Hiker in the unusual SAKs thread a couple months ago: http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,58093.msg1058390.html#msg1058390.
