This entire forum!

I want to thank this entire forum. As most of you have seen, I recently posted about going on depression medication. Those who have struggled with depression, understand how hard it is to take the step and admit it. I have had several people personally email me, offering support as well as several people replying to my post. I have never been on a forum with so much respect, this place has quickly became a second family. Another thing I see, is other forums I have been on there is always arguing, and threads being closed because of that. I am glad that I have yet to see that here. One last thing is the amount of generosity on this forum, if someone needs something tool wise or other wise people step up and make sure they get what they need or want. Even if that means people on this forum going out of there way, sending this for no cost, or doing a trade even if its not equal in cost. I appreciate all the help I have received so far on here.

We are a very close knit clan around here and like to support our own with whatever they need. There are a few disagreements every so often, but most get respectfully taken care of and everyone is good. There have been the very rare cases of things getting out of hand, but it almost never happens.
As far as the generosity on this forum goes. People are incredibly generous around here including yourself. I have that pair of scissors on the way from you free of charge so give yourself a pat on the back as well.

Its like those give a penny take a penny trays you see at stores. You give something one day and when you need something most likely someone will come along and do the same for you when you are in need. Its so simple and works beautifully around here.
Its incredible how the members that have not been around as long as others really start to see how things work around here and realize we have something special here.

I consider the fine members of this establishment like family. If society followed our example perhaps there would be much less turmoil in the world.

This forum is definetly different.

The first forum I ever joined was a fishing forum was was probably 13 or 14. Back when forums were open and chat rooms were frowned upon. (Still are?)

Needless to say I was pretty disappointed to find out the entire place was just a giant "my fish is bigger than yours" whether it was about fishing or not.

This forum is extremely friendly, humble, giving, helpful, and everything you'd look for in a great group of friends.

I'm not 21 (U.S. legal alcohol age) yet, but I owe quite a few members a few rounds on me.

I hope this place stays for a looonnggggggg while. This is the one forum I check before and after the others just because I enjoy it so much.

This is forum is really like home. Even after being gone for some time, people will recognise you and welcome you back.

This place is most definitely like no other. It's been said by me as well as so many others in so many ways. I never get tired hearing it and with so many terrific members we'll probably never stop hearing it.

I'm glad so many have supported you and you were brave enough and open enough to share this with us. You very well may have helped someone take their first step as well. All the best to you.
