Kershaw's answer to the Cybertool  :D

I have one, but never use it.

you get a good size blade, and, extra tools

It is not much heavier than a normal knife, and feels normal in the hand.

long screwdriver

Captain here with a nudge from Kam.  :D

My opinions about the Select fire are about 50/50 between like and dislike. I do like the fit and finish of the knife. I like the reach of the driver and the 3D bits as it can be used with any standard bits you may have or decide to carry. The cutout left when the driver is deployed can open bottles which is nice. The blade is a good shape and comes very sharp like all Kershaws.
The things I don't like about the select fire is the size. Its a bit big and heavy, but not unmanageable. If I were to carry something this big I would prefer it be a Blast or Rebar with a clip though. I also do not like the tip down only carry. I am also a bit bias as when these first came out they could be bought for $10 anywhere. Double the price (on sale) is not so appealing, but still not a bad deal if I did not have that preconception of the past price.

What are your opinions on it?
Good value!
Good knife and excellent driver, bad pocket clip.
Like it but I don't carry it.

It is a good knife but there is something I don't like about the knife and I just can't word it.

I think it is the bead blasted blade, the pattern of the grip...

Are the ones from China on eBay the real deal?

The ones on ebay from china are not real.  they are knockoffs.  I learned the hard way.  Look at the color of the screws and the clip from the pic on the kershaw website.  Also the screwdriver on the knockoffs do not fold out a full 180 degrees.
