I got a minitool off this guy and it was in very good shape for the price. So I bought another tool from him, sadly he doesn't know the difference between between NIB and lightly used and no longer in box. However he did give me an imediate refund less the return postage.

Ah well, at least it turned out OK in the end. My one would fall under the 'lightly used' category I suspect, which is fine for what I was after.
