Just curious, has anyone here or does anyone know someone who has put a different blade into a sak? I'm specifically interested in 91 mm but I'd love to hear about all cases

Welcome.
That involves taking apart the SAK and swapping another blade. Same as any other mod.
Seems daunting at first, but it and similar stuff has been done many times. Browse around this forum a bit, and here is a guide so you see how you take apart a SAK:

There are plenty of awesome modders around here. Look at some of their work, and people much more experienced than me will probably pop up here with advice.
(Come on, anyone? Don't leave me hanging.

Hooked, like everyone else.
All hail the hook!

^ He's right. Best way is to get some beaters off ebay, hack them apart and see how they work. Follow Gareth's guide, take lots of pictures while you're doing it. Just get stuck in.
