Why I've been away

I'm sure most of you have noticed I've not been here as much. Well things have changed and I've been too busy to do much. My mom has been sick and the dementia got so bad that we had to remove her from her home place her in a home so she gets the attention she needs. My dad had to have a quadruple bypass recently too. A few other things also. I've not forgotten MTO and never will but sometimes life gets busy and we must take care of that first. I'll always be around somewhere.

I am doing much better.  the steroid is down to 2mg a day (started at 6mg) and I have been going on 4 mile walks every day for the past week.
I wear my Maxpedition Lunada for this walk, (about pounds in it   :rofl:  ) and the walk includes about 300 feet of elevation change.

Thursday I cut the grass, then went on a four mile walk.
