made 3 different flavor mixes.

1.  in an aluminum pan with hot giardiniera
2.  in an aluminum pan with onions and bell peppers
3.  in an aluminum pan with hot pickled cauliflower and minced garlic.

all fish was white bass.


they all were very tasty
