Click
on: August 22, 2015, 09:38:43 PM
Am I the only really love MT that handles "click" in BOTH open and close position?
Such satisfying feel when it does.
Example, Spirit, SwissTool, Skeletool, SK/WM, Squirt, Style, Micra, etc.

Yeah,  I prefer the click of my Skeletool to the mush of my Wave.

The Spirit wins the 'click' competition as far as I'm concerned. :)

Yes, the Spirit and Swisstool are the best I've handled with the clicky goodness :tu:

Very satisfying indeed. I recently put my WM back together and started carrying it. I noted how substantial the click was when everything popped into place.

My flicky Gerbers have a profound effect on my mood when they click into place. The heavier the better: my Flik and MP600 are so fun.

The Wingman is honestly the best feeling leatherman for me. The handles snap right into position and it sounds great. I love the sound of when both handles are folded, but the pliers are still open and I click the pliers and handles closed.

I agree! And my kids love doing that, as well. It's addictive

Spirit is the clicky champ of course, but my Rebar also has a real nice springy click. I contrast it with the grinding horror that is my original Surge, where the plier head scrapes against one of the screwdrivers unless you close the head before closing the handles.
May it be as the Pattern has chosen.
