I've had boiled spork before. Found most of them rather chewy, even when left in a crock pot on high for two days. Some of the plastic and nylon get a bit softer, but you need to have them before they cool. The titanium ones can be particularly tough, sometimes downright crunchy. Nevertheless, if you boil them with plenty of additional items like a stew, that can mitigate spork toughness.

:D, Yeah the titanium ones can be a bit crunchy if undercooked, better than the Potassium Sporks though, man those things are volatile  :tu:

Fascinating paper on how a stove-top Moka pot works: http://www.msc.univ-paris...uploads/Moka/article2.pdf

Doesn't contain any references to SAKs, but it's interesting nevertheless. :tu:

If I accidentally bump the kitchen counter slightly doing the photo, they have been known to take a swim.  :o

The SwissBuck joins the Danger Club and if you look close you can see the sweat forming on his scales.

Note to self:
Have the 111mm Rescue Tool standing by in the future; nearly needed it with this daredevil who couldn't keep his balance very well.
