Hello from Peterborough, UK
on: September 02, 2015, 10:46:59 PM
Hi all,

I stumbled across this place looking to sell a Leatherman, but I figured it'd be rude not to introduce myself first.

I'm 30 from the UK. I'm an outdoor leisure and motoring journalist, working mostly on caravan titles and campsites, etc. How are you all?

Come to think of it, I might stick around as it's bound to be a useful place to frequent. :)

Hope you're all well! Cheers.

Thanks for the warm welcome folks. What attracted you to join here in the first place?

Just stumbled in and liked the crowd (essentially like me)? Or are you all just crazy into multitools?

Or somewhere in between? :)

Somewhere inbetween. You will find the folks here to be the friendliest and most humble people on the interwebs.

And then there is also the whole "be prepared" thing that MT's provide.

The order of priority may change depending on who you talk to ;)

I figured that might be the case. The only other forum I've spent a lot of time on was the Kerrang boards – the forums for a music mag in the UK. Unfortunately though, numbers dwindled and it closed down.

I'll have a nose around here for certain. Everyone seems cool and I've already learned a lot!

Got a feeling I might start a collection though...

Do you sheath or pocket carry?

I can't stand the lack of pocket clip!
