Where do you post wanted to buy requests, right in the New Topics? I thought there might be a separate forum. I see some members have SAK's that they are looking for posted by their avatar, I can't see how to do that. Other members have WTB posted in their signature, I guess that's one way to do it. Thanks for any replys.

You can post in the 'tools needed' section http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/board,9.0.html in the trades forum.
