Bruce is a longtime member of MTO and usually gives discount to other fellow members so you might be able to buy it cheeper from him. :D

Yeah, those limited runs are quite pricey.

And the Leatherman Argentum Collection went for about $40.000.

I'd love if they offered that style sheath with regular models or just as an accessory.

Everytime I see that brown leather sheath that came with the Damascus Wave I can't stop wondering why Leatherman doesn't sell these seperate ... I know I would pay good money for that (or for a couple of those), and with good money I'm talking about like 4 times what I'm paying for a regular black Leather Wave sheath ...

It would be even better if they also made one of these for the full size tools like the ST300 or the Surge .

Are you listening Leatherman USA ? :pok: :pok: :pok:

So long as they are Tiger and Lion size you should be right   Otherwise, yes, you may need to upgrade your security (or be like Bob and move to somewhere like Woop Woop where no one can find you).   ;)

I helped a fellow member get one of those about a year or so ago - I think the Wave was around 600,- €. I thought THAT was outrageous, but it`s close to a third of what this one does cost....

There should be enough holster makers and leather craftsmen around to make up something better than you could ever get from Leatherman and not be too expensive. If you live near a saddle shop that would be a first stop. Otherwise maybe fish around on eBay and the net. Tons of talented people out there making beautiful products.

I enjoy looking at tools like this but they are not for me. For one I can't afford them two I want to be able to use everything I own and not have to worry about scratching them. That's if I don't buy on clearance I buy gently used so I am not afraid to use them and It saves me a lot of money to buy more stuff I don't need. :-)
I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.

Bruce is a great guy to deal with and very reasonable. I am a proud owner of a Anniversary Charge because of him and he surprised me with a few PSTs and a JPST in the package he included as a gifts. If anyone is interested make him an offer and tell him you are a MTO member. He has some very rare items.

Never bought from him but some people on this forum have and posted good things.

You do hand out drooling napkins to visitors, don´t you?  ;)
I like your collection and your willingness to share and pull out random tools to do comparison shots (in high quality!) or to highlight a detail a user on here asks about.
You really enrichen the Forum.

I know. Got the bears outside. Working on the Lions. My two guard cats think they are tigers. Not sure if that counts though.

Lowtech, you might be amazed at how few visitors I get. Most of my friends think I am beyond bonkers. I guess most of them just don't get it.  ;)

Well, I guess your friends might be right.  :D But that does not mean that you are not a nice person, as far as we have com to know you.
But maybe that just is our perception from beyond the border of bonkers....

Should I ever make it to Canada - and past the bears - I´d like to drop by for a chat. I think I can handle the Cats, we have two of our own. One thinks he is a guard dog, the other is just a plain crazy cat.

Don't say that now that Victorinox has started official colored Alox at regular price (not those insane price some limited runs go for). Also, Bugnard Gold is gorgeous AND cheap.
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
