My new watch and a shot at a time lord level 1 badge
on: September 13, 2015, 01:41:56 PM
So after about five years after I first decided that it is about time I buy a new wrist watch I finally did it:

The Casio protrek PRW 7000. It is a ABC watch which displays all the data with the hands. Each hand has its own motor so that it can move independently from the rest. The case is combination of resin an titanium. Band is also made from titanium. In addition to that it also has all the functions one would expect from the protrek range: altimeter, barometer, compass, thermometer, RC control, stopwatch, and solar charging.  :multi:

The down side is that it was really expensive, especially for a quartz watch. It is also ridiculously huge.  :ahhh

I believe that I can now has a time lord badge? Granted that this is not exactly a time machine and I don't have an annoying but hot female companion but still...  :D

I know! I've been wanting it since it was launched...

Another watch along the same lines (analog display abc):

And mechanical one (a bit pricey though... ):

Also since casio is form Japan they really should add this to the array of sensors:

That, at least to me, would be cool...  :D
