It might be high but its $20-$30 cheaper than Amazon.

You have to shop Amazon like you do any other re-seller.Amazon has,at times, some killer deals and at other times their prices are extremely high.

My order from West Marine arrived in the mail yesterday. No I didn't receive the Rebar or Super Tool but I did receive the SOG that I ordered with the two Leathermans.

They must have felt sorry for me because they couldn't fill my order,as they didn't charge any shipping, although the total dollar amount ordered didn't qualify for free shipping.

So I paid $16.44 for this SOG multi-tool.

LOL,thanks brother.

Sometimes it's difficult to keep up with all of the abbreviations and acronyms used.

Awesome, I'm glad some people got in on the deals. Sucks about the cancellations. I had part of an online order cancelled. But was able to use a combo of local stores visits, ship to store feature, and online orders to get what I wanted.

Okay guys based on a few of you saying it is a good tool, I broke down and decided to grab one of those SOG's for $16.44 plus tax.  I am shipping it to the local store so no shipping charge!

So we will see once it gets here!  :)

I checked the West Marine somewhat near where I work and they had no clearance stuff at all.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

I went and picked up the SOG Deluxe today.  It doesn't seem too bad for only $16.44 plus tax!

I will have to play around with it some but right out of the clamshell, the only tools that seem to stick is the main blade to the can opener!  The rest of them are easily taken out but I had to use a sak big flat driver to separate the blade from the opener!

The Rebar w/ Micra is back in stock. Yes, they have terrible inventory management but it seems the "ship to store" feature works better than delivery. Worth a try for anybody that still wants one.

Just ordered a set!

If you choose "ship to store" not only is it free but you don't pay until you pick it up. (The only way I could afford it without waiting until payday)

 Cool upgrades!

I got a PocketPlier from this deal. I like the pliers(although they're small) and the fit and finish of the handles but I find the inside tools very lackluster. I like the changes you made. The file on mine is something that is particularly bad.

Thanks, the changes I made:
Replace file with scissors
Replace partially serrated blade with full serrated blade.
Replace 1/4" drive with large flathead and awl.
Rearranged everything.
I grind down the blade in order to make the scissors fit in.
Added two thin washers between blade and the next tool to reduce clumping.
