Sharp edges on the SS Wave suck.  I took them down by filing leaving a slight radius which significantly improved hand feel.  As far as grip, well I kinda went counter to that  :whistle:

Funny!..I have been carrying my Wave for six months and using it everyday at work and never felt any sharp edges but now that you mentioned I'm curious, where are the sharp edges? I don't see any difference in the photos beside the shiny glowing handles.

They WERE along all the edges of the outside opening tools.  I filed them down then later polished the tool.  The Gen1 Wave didn't have any sharp edges it was just my SS Waves.

One of the fellas I work with tossed his Spirit into the sand blaster.  A few trips through the parts cleaner and oil bath later and no more issues with a smooth finish.  It has a good look to it, and it's not slippery.

I think using the vinyl used for sign making on your wave is a great idea. I've seen some banners that have lasted years in the sun and weather so I know the material will take the abuse.  I think it would be very cool if you had some that glows in the dark.

The vynl on signs is great as long as it's laminated.

But it doesn't stand to sharp rough usage.

(4 wraps later....) we finally have a trailer that should last a little longer.

Same vynl I would imagine?
