There's this movie coming out next month called Krampus.
Maybe Grant is the lead role lol

There's the similar sounding Grampus, which is another name for the orca or killer whale. Given the animal's sometimes sinister reputation, I wonder if the two names are related.

Mother phoned this evening, inviting me to dinner at Christmas if I wasn't already doing anything else. I thanked her for the invite and explained that I really enjoyed not doing Christmas last year, and planned on doing the same this year.

Didn't go down well  :oops:

Funny that. The other thing that doesn't grow old is people phoning on Christmas Day to tell you how great it would have been if you were there
There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

I know exactly what it would be like if I was there, I went to 39 of them.

The crazy thing is that I would be perfectly happy to go over there for lunch, if only they weren't trying to be Christmassy. I'm happy to see all my friends and relatives, but not happy to feel obliged to do stuff and say stuff and buy stuff and eat stuff because "that's what you have to do".
