I actually talked with Tim Leatherman about that and he said he loved that feature because it made opening the blade much safer :tu: I just never really thought to talk about it much :facepalm: :oops: :D

Hello. Two Minitools here.
I found the first one by chance in a store while traveling. It was a piece that for me was always mythical, but since it was discontinued I didn't think I could get it. Until one day by chance I found it. New with its nylon sheath.
At the time I found the second one in an eBay auction, somewhat more used, but in quite good condition. It had a broken blade tip, but it was easily repaired with a resharpener.
I put some photos that I took a while ago, I hope you like them
