Ok, here it is, I do not regret one bit getting it

It's significantly heavier than it's aluminum bro (of course).
For some reason the vacuum packaging was PREOPENED  :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh I hoped it was just the good intention of the seller of making sure I was getting what I was paying for, but they denied. Maybe the couriers did some crappy check
It comes with a whole lot of crap like spare o-rings, keychain ring, an ugly BLUE lanyard (wtf), brochures. The box is cool and smells cool :D Luxury it reads.

I cannot see any difference between the flashlights in terms of design, just the "ears" of the copper one are shorter/narrower than my regular one. I'll probably notice difference in the lumens at night.

Yeah, it's with your signature :D

I wonder when/how the GITD o-ring works  It doesn't glow now, probably it has to first accumulate some light from when the light's on at night  I.e. it doesn't work just by accumulating "daylight".

If it is exposed to light and then you put it in a dark place it should glow. It only takes a few second to "Charge", unless it is different from what most lights have.

That's right :D I wanna have a few pics around while it's still new for comparison purposes later :D (Just like my SBL tobacco wallet.)

And it doesn't have any smell whatsoever  Maybe slight metal scent, but nothing unusual or anything that I'd have paid attention to if you hadn't mentioned it.

NNR I'm sure if you asked dks nicely he would buy you a couple. He's probably quite grateful since it was on your thread he finally got together with kirk. You could call it a finders fee.

It's gorgeous.  My SS Worm also has the GITD bezel ring that glows after the light has been on.  I haven't really noticed if it "charges" with sun or other light sources

Yeah, interesting. I thought it should "charge" from daylight/sun, too. Otherwise, what's the point. If your light is on ... well, you can clearly see it. After having been on for some time, the GITD ring gets all glow-y, but for a very short time. It's not like your light will glow all night long next to you so that you can see where it is

Gimmicky to me.  I was indifferent to the GITD ring when I got the light, still am.

Let's wait to see if you feel the same way once it's tarnished, started going green in the grooves, and starts developing a weird smell that you can't quite describe  :P

The smooth parts of the light have already started changing :ahhh  (maybe the knurling, too, but it's probably less visible )

I also read that it gets green only after YEARS, so ... I'll be spared for years, lol.

Is it made of solid copper?

Edit: I just remembered you said it's heavier than the aluminium one so it probably is.
