What gives with this weird Hoffritz Holland knife?

Its virtually the same knife as my Wenger Delemont and Wenger Tahara

I will get a picture of all 3 side by side later on for comparison lol

Hoffritz was a big importer/ wholesaler/retailer of a variety of cutlery. Here's some info on the US branch. The parent company was in Germany. Levine's Guide to Knives also lists France. So they may have also had outlets in Holland.
