Thought- Erector Set Mod?

Just wondering if anyone has thought about building a multitool out of Erector set parts and multitool bits. I've got a few other projects I'm in the middle of, but just thought I would throw it out there and see what ya'll think. I saw some out of Legos, why not this? Sorry, I don't have any pics as this is just a thought.
