By now everyone knows that each month I try to come up with some silly way of announcing the draw, but sometimes I have to go to a bit more effort than others.  This month was a little easier, and it started a month or two ago when I got a message from my old buddy Bob, aka J-Sews.  He said he was ordering these limited edition Skeletools, and did I want one? 

Well, I didn't respond right away, largely because I didn't realize I had a message.  By the time I responded and told him I'd take two -one for me and one to give away to a lucky member, he had already bought two for me.  It's nice to have friends that think like you do!

Even though we did a fancy colored Skeletool in January I decided that we should try again.  This one comes from the factory and is new on package.  So, I asked Bob to send me some photos so that I could use them for the giveaway this month, and, well, that's where the silliness started.   :facepalm:

What follows is the unedited emails between Bob and I.  Heaven help us all....

See, now here I thought sending you a bizarre comment like that would be enough.  I should have known you'd run with it!



You've got to appreciate having friends that are just as messed up as you are, and inspire you to push the envelope!

He did eventually send a photo of the tool by itself:



So, after all of that, what is so special about this one?  Well, it is a factory issue Coyote Brown Skeletool, brand new in the blister pack, and it could be yours for as little as a measly ten bucks!

All you need to do is donate the equivalent of $10US to the Forum Operational Fund and, if we hit our monthly goal of $275 we will give this fancy Skeletool away to a lucky winner!  For each $10 you donate you will get another entry- $20 gets you two chances, $50 gets you 5 chances and so on.

You can donate using the link above, the Donations link at the top of the forum or using the big orange Make A Donation button on the right side of your screen if you are using a computer.

I tried to express my point in public once but the judge says I can't do it again.

I would imagine that it is a combo edge blade since it's a Skeletool and not a CX.  But that's just a guess- you guys have now seen as much of these as I have!

I just put in my donation like I occasionally do, expecting nothing but this site to be keeping on and now I suddenly need to decide between 2 very cool tools! Man. That´s a nice surprise and a challenge all at once. Thanks for doing those great giveaways!
