first attempt at Kydex
on: March 29, 2016, 03:57:56 AM
Here are some photos of my first try at making a kydex shieth for an RCF Combat hunting knife
The rivets are a little deformed  because I was using a  brake line flaring die and hammer instead of a proper press and dies.

What I really need are suggestions on what to do with the Paracord tails. Is there anyone out there that might have a decent idea for small braids.

Thank you
I figured out a braid to use,  basic cobra.
I went with cord instead of loop or Bianchi Clip or Techlock simply out of impatience.  I wanted to get done rather than go back into town to buy more materials.

:tu: I like that kind of thinking.
