It's a good and hopefully tasty idea compared to plastic stuff.
But sitting here, using one of the spoons my Grandparents got for their marriage more than 60 years ago to eat my yoghurt.
I do know that a lot of people argue that reuseable cutlery and crockery would need too much water to clean, but in reality, you only shift the extra use of water for the edible cutlery to another region.
Victorinox used to produce reliable cutlery ;-)
