How do you know if they are real or fake stag on the 108mm hunter models. Thanks in advance

Most are a very well made fake stag, but Vic did do a few limited runs with genuine stag ...

On factory 108s, the genuine stag handles are held on with brass rivets (top). The imitation stag handles are glued on (bottom). Aftermarket stag is generally glued on.
