Rebar Handle Help

I need some assistance with this guys. I removed the lanyard loop in my Rebar and added the small flat driver. Now the handles do not close completely. Pictures attached

I'm not sure why, I tried several configurations and none of them helped. The current line up is: blade, can opener, awl, small driver, large driver, and file.
When the pliers are folded on one side they close completely
But once the other handle is folded past this point
They open ever so slightly and don't close back.

Not sure what going on there. It should be fine with that lineup, I have the same in mine.   ???

I have in one handle serrated blade, can opener, spacer, phillips driver, saw

The other handle is PE blade, large flat, awl, med flat, lanyard ring and file

Fully open all tools and test shut the handles. Close the tools one by one testing each time...
Are the handles fastened correctly to the pliers. Posts in fully, washers not bent, screws too loose or tight...
Something off with the pliers. Loose pivot, catching cutters etc...

Thanks for the replies everyone. Zoid, that helped find the problem. It's the awl and large driver that's causing the problem.

I took out the plain edge blade, added the lanyard loop and shifted everything. Now the configuration looks like this: opener, large flat driver, small driver, awl, lanyard loop, and file.

Thanks. I'm ok with dropping the plain edge because I usually carry the Rebar with a folder so it isn't necessary. With the wrenches from Loki disassembly was a breeze.
