Of my eighty lights, only two of them are actually headlamps. But, a headlamp can be invaluable, when you need to do hands-free work and need solid portable illumination.(Image removed from quote.)Left: Fenix HP25Right: Nitecore HC50Of these two, the HC50 is my favorite, by far. (Image removed from quote.)Much more solid construction, uses a single 18650 battery. Great interface, with additional red LEDs.

I only have 4 18650's, but a ton of CR123s, my TM11 won't really accept them.
I have just replaced a couple older ones with the Black Diamond Ion and Spot. What ones have you got?
Does anyone have Zebralight-experience?

My go-to headlamps, preferred above all others (not that I have that many others).I love the Zebralight UI, and having the choice of several beam patterns is also very handy. I mostly use them for close-up work, where the wide, even illumination of the reflector-less ones (eg H502) is great.

It could be worse though, over here we sometimes refer to a woman's bosom by saying "she's got nice headlights" (but in dutch headlights would be "koplampen" ...).

How's the battery compartment holding up, the clamps? That's what usually goes first and I've seen quite a few of them being ducttaped together to hold the batteries in.
