I only managed to sit through 12 minutes because:
- it is boring as hell, the presenter basically reads what is on the slides and he does a poor job at it
- so far only the most basic information. I mean who is that video for? He promises to show how to do a arterial tourniquet and he wants to teach that to people who don't know what an artery is or what?
- And then the escalation: "every red blood cell counts"...

... someone who throws around so many big words should know that the full name of blood-loss induced shock is "hypovolemic shock". No need for Latin to see that it contains the word VOLUME. So the shock is called "Low-(blood)-volume shock" (That is why EMTs often administering saline solution, which will give a relief). Did you know that excessive diarrhea or vomiting can have the exact same result without loosing a single red blood cell...

It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
