I agree, based on sales the WAVE is most likely the most popular.
Yet, I suspect 70% of the WAVES sold are in drawer, collector's box/display, never to be used.
The MICRA may be the most used, at a reasonable price point it should have good sales number and sized to be pocket carried. But difficult to replace a SAK classic.
The better question should be which Leatherman plier tool is worked harder by its owner.
For me it would be my ST300.
PS: My WAVE, a gift, is in a gun safe, afraid of loosing. Very special meaning. If I find a used one it just may see EDC duties.
A REBAR is on my list as well for same task.
