Anyone had a Custom backpack made?

I was wondering if anyone has had a custom backpack made to their needs, or if they got one by someone who actually makes them?

But Grant has a thread for a MTO backpack that was turning in the custom design direction.

I guess it would depend on how much you wanted to spend. Lots of companies will make them, Mystery Ranch for one, but you will pay through the nose for it. Etsy may be worth a try.
