They sure do Poncho.  I don't know about the long term durability compared to the Vic's bone simple design, but I really like them!   It seems like the rivet solved one of the weak links in the system.  I'll say one thing: they sure do cut!! :salute:

The Evo and I had breakfast together today.  I cut my bagel with the main blade and opened a packet of speed coffee with the scissors.  We're getting there :D :ahhh :ahhh

Thanks guys!  My boys are pretty handy!  This pic isn't the greatest due to the angle, but I'm using the inline Philips to screw in one that had backed out of some floor trim.  I really like that screwdriver!  I think I've probably used the screwdrivers on this knife 3 times for every one time I've used the scissors.
