Same here!

That same setup with classic, P-38, and Sear's 4-way keychain screw driver was my EDC for over 20 years! :tu:

Now its an executive, P-38, and Victorinox quatro. Works the same. :D

Except for the 5mm flat SD, the Rambler has the Quattro's functions covered.

I acquired an Executive recently. I like the large blade and scissors. For its size it feels OK in the hand. A 74mm Rambler would the cat's pyjamas, if maybe a bit big for the keyring.

My Mini Champ usually rides loose at the bottom of a pocket, it supplements full sized knives and tools very nicely  :tu:

It's crazy, but the most used tool when I pack my Executive is the small blade . This setup handles 99 percent of my real EDC needs.  If it worked for Charles Lindbergh, it'll work for me too :)

Manager continues to be on my key chain.  Never need to remember to bring a pen and if a finger nail is bugging I can take care of that too.

Charles Lindberg has a little red classic on his Volkswagen keychain.

It was Chuck Yeager that carried an executive as his EDC pocket knife.

Mine does that on occasion too. It seems to be increasing alarmingly as I get "older'.

As good as the little SAK's are, is it any wonder that they are the worlds best selling pocket/keychain knife?

I have a classic sd on my keychain but I think I need the rambler.  The additional of a phillips and opener seems like a game changer for not much additional size

The Rambler is a wonderful step up from the Classic. :tu:

Apart from the Phillips, you'll like that the scissors and blade both open away from the keyring.

The addition of the phillips is wonderful.  I changed out a watch battery on a G Shock with the 58mm phillips.

I have one, and think a scale transplant from an SD limited edition would be cool.  Honestly, where else are you going to find a compact knife with all those features?  Philips head, bottle opener, wire stripper...all in just one of the tools!
