Today I carried the big Sodbuster one last time. Now it is packaged up and heading to my brother in Virginia who started himself a land management company in '21. I figure anybody that added a track hoe and a skid steer to their toolbox is gonna have a much greater appreciation for this big blade than I will.

Neat little RR Barlow today.

A Barlow day is a good day! Lemme ask Gareth, how is the spring on yours. Mine is a little weak and it doesnt lock open as positively as I would like. I love the size, scale color and such, but I'm keeping an eye out for another in hopes of a better spring. All in all the RR small barlow is a nice little knife though.

Yeah.  The pull on mine is OK, but it's a bit mushy in the open position.  It feels to me that most of the smaller RR knives are the same.  Smaller backsprings are tough to get right it seems.

Yes, it's super thin, compared to an Opi, same as Douk Douk and Spyderco.

Today I am celebrating life! I returned to work today ( second attempt ) and am so happy to share that after 3 weeks, I am finally out of the woods with this Covid crap. I had shaky hands, couldn't get enough fluids and my feet hurt,,,, but my mind was sharp today!! Heck, I even put in a little bit of overtime. Thanks to all who reached out with thoughts and prayers! Now I'm gonna have a puff or two on my inhaler. :woohoo:

To start everything off in the right way, I grabbed my one and only GEC to carry today!
