'Wrist-band' Vic in the box of the watch
on: September 26, 2016, 09:51:51 AM
Hi, all,
I have been looking for any info about this SAK.

What's the part number or name ? It must be included with some Vic watch models and has a tool to change the band. Any source to buy it separately?

Sorry if this has been asked in the past, I searched the forum but I did not find anything.
Want to buy:
SwissChamp - 500 Mio
Huntsman - Eidgenossenschaft 700 Year Commemorative
Wenger - FASS 90 Grünig and Elmiger in Green scales

I took the pic from Vic North America facebook page, they posted it some time ago. I suppose it must be a blade and a nail-file that's about it.

and WELCOME
Thnx!

all i know is they are being given away with any purchase of the new victorinox inox diver.
but the tool seems proprietary?

hmm looking at the inox diver, there is nothing proprietary about its strap.
so guess that 'tool' is actually just a thin piece meant to slip in to access the springbar...something a thin knife can also achieve...just at the risk of cutting ur fingers :P

Maybe this may help... seems to be a 58mm specialty knife which only comes as a set with I.N.O.X Paracord Bracelets. Basically just a classic with the nail file replaced with that specific tool.

http://victorinox.sk/inox/1003-victorinox-v60023-paracord-naramok.html

Tried searching the net for that specific knife's model no. but with no luck

Learned about this since a friend just recently bought a few replacement bracelets for his watches... Will try to post a detailed pic of one subject to my friend's permission.

I had Wenger watch in my previous life, it was with a small knife (Wenger classic). That knife was a cheap fake, compared to regular Wengers, the watch however served me some 5 years until I got tired of it.

So no more new watches for me, but I really want that knife.
