Just checked a few of mine to be sure but none of them rub at all If you are having this issue it is likely due to either a bent peeler or bent main blade maybe

Check to see if you're not pushing it against other blades when you open it. Once you get your nail in the nail nick, use the opposite finger to grab the blade/tool and pulling it open, don't just press your nail into the nail nick and against the other tools.
No offense, but I don't see the big deal in a little blade rub. Even some of the top end knives will have some blade rub on a few specimens. It doesn't effect theuse of the knife unless the blade(s) don't open and close properly. With mass production as with SAKs, I'd be very surprised if quite a few of their knives come out of the factory with a little blade rub. Several of my SAKs and other good folders have a slight blade rub. IMHO it is just cosmetic and not a major issue (at least not to me).Rich
