That looks great.  I really think you guys are on to something.  Meals with a lot of different colors tend to be healthier... and taking your time and making a ceremony out of a meal surely has benefits too.

Thank you gents and thanks Sneider for the inspiration. I enjoyed the whole experience. Might have to make it a weekly ritual. I don‘t think I would find the time and motivation to do it every day  :D :cheers:

I highly recommend it - until this current pandemic happened - it was a weekend ritual for me. 

Over the last few days, I have honestly been thinking about doing an abbreviated version in the form of pour-over coffee on the weekends.  Though the way things are going with shipping - I'd probably get the needed equipment next year, if at all.

Unfortunately this time only a stressed breakfast. Poridge with fruits, nuts and seeds. Cook for 5 minutes, eat for 10 minutes and run to work. I hate having so little time to eat but better than nothing.

Interesting table though. In most languages the name is somewhat similar to „Ananas“, only in English it is way off.
