Does anyone know if this Wenger sheath allows horizontal carry?

Hi - I'm looking for a sheath for an 85mm pre-EVO-style Wenger (Wenger Traveller) and saw this on the LCSAS site, which is shown horizontally, so I was wondering, does anyone know if this means it allows horizontal carry on the belt? Would be great if it did! Thanks.

I have one in a similar design for the Ranger knives, which does not permit horizontal carry — it's vertical only. I don't know about the smaller sheath though.
May it be as the Pattern has chosen.
