Hmm, nice job! I've wanted one of those leatherman extensions for a while now, but just never really needed it so, never bought it. But now looking at this, hmm, I've got to have a couple of those hanging around, if not heck just grab one from the $ store and hit it up with the dremal.. JR

Love the socket adaptor that'll go straight into the bit holder. :tu:  Cool set mate.

I'll mostly be using a 4mm socket on it for precision bits so I think it will handle the torque ok.

I'd forgotten, I modded a bit holder to an extension like that several years ago when I
got my Wave, someone else had made one and posted it on a forum. That was before
the extensions were introduced by LM, or anyway I hadn't seen one online. 

Great idea with the socket drive adapter!!
 I have a full set of those in 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" drives that I carry with my LM and
extension, but never thought to thin them to fit the LM holder directly...

Many of us on here have made modded bits for the etc over the years, i had a huge amount of moded bits and extensions for my wave  :tu:

Looks nice but mine is diferent  mine is 1/4 socket driver to 1/4 bit holder than 4mm micro bit adaptor. :multi: :tu:
