Not true. I see revolvers with silencers on them in all of the 70's movies.
The ammo that goes into those Nagant Revolvers is weird looking. It's basically "uncircumcised".
I recall the time when Nagant revolvers were plentiful,and inexpensive,around, $80-$100.The problem was that ammo,was almost non-existant,and super expensive.Even if it was abundant,not many shooters at the time were interested in an approx 8mm cartridge.Every example I ever saw was very well made.
