Here's an interim question-

What was the first multitool offered by SOG?

Def

SOG Toolclip ?  (and I didn't even need to look it up - my inner nerd must be working well    ;)   )

That would be the one!

Let's not forget the real question:

In what year did Case knives begin the XX stamping, and what does the XX mean?

Oh, is that what we are?

I believe that "nerd" is a reasonably accurate description for a significant percentage of MTo members, but would never presume to label any particular individual as such (except for myself)

You will have to decide whether it applies to yourself or not   ;)  :pok:

The prototype LM Freestyle looked a bit different than the one we have now, what made it different from today's production version? :D

I had to research this one, I hope that is allowed (it is an "open book" exam, isn't it ?    ;)  ).

The prototype LM Freestyle had a carabiner/bottle opener and flat/philips driver, both were removed in the production version which made it significantly smaller than the Skeletool.

You can actually see the original Freestyle prototype in this photo that I took at the 2008SHOT Show:

It's the one in the middle.  :D

I wonder how hard it would be for one of our in house modders to design a Prototype Freestyle bit.

Here's an easy one to keep things going until Greg gets us one:

What model was available in Storm Grey and Thunder Purple?

I'm back, and my question is:

Besides black, what other colour SOG Micro ToolClips were sold ?
(helpful hint, don't forget the short-lived China v2 colours)

OK, OK, settle down, I know there's a typo there and I can't fix it because I noticed too late - it should be SOG Micro ToolClip

Clip and drop yes but we have been calling one of them a bit different

I just give it to you cause it technically could be correct

I was looking for this in order oldest to newest

Drop point, saber clip point and clip point

It might not be technically correct  but it is what they were originally called in the PST Chronology project

Next question Steve :tu:
