I made a Twitter account just for this!
So I have one "tweet" telling my 0 followers: "Victorinox X-MAS 2016"
That's how it will stay for eternity.

I have social media accounts but don't allow companies to use them for free advertising. They're not the first to try to get people to use their social media accounts to SPAM all their friends with advertising. It's disappointing Victorinx would do something like this. They'll eventually appear on ePrey.

Not on Victorinox's U.S. site. Went to the Swiss ".ch" site and found it. Then I read the fine print:
Quote
please note: available in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria and UK only.

If you're anywhere else in the world, forget it.

You've got to admire Victorinox's marketing department. Make a 'limited edition' (1/5000! whoop de doo) of a bog-standard knife by printing up some scales then get the fanboys to spam it to all their friends for free, and then make 'em pay for it.

BOG STANDARD?!!!

I'll have you know this Climber has a hole for a pin! And comes with a mighty mini-screwdriver nestling in its corkscrew!

This is a very rare and precious SAK, an heirloom, a treasure for future generations! I'll have you know this is the Mona Lisa of Climbers, an artwork, a yuletide miracle, a masterpiece forged by Titans!

And there's free shipping over 50 euros so I couldn't just get the one, could I!

Just so you know, I have an empty water bottle. I just numbered and signed it. It's now a limited edition piece, 1 of 1.

If you're interested and have $239.99*, let me know.

The model number is 1.3704.3E1 - Google will find it in the Victorinox stores for the listed countries and it seems you can order it without needing to do any of the social media nonsense, so that was a lot of wasted time ::)

In other news, it's a lot easier to set up a fake facebook account than a fake twitter account.  Twitter wants a phone number!

It must be your lucky day.
Trawling the 'bay I came across one of these 'ere 35 euro Climbers for a mere 110 euros (plus 7.99 shipping!)
Yours for 118 euros. You can't get fairer than that...
