Victorinox Tinker knife and 2AA LED flashlight combo, $8.44 clearance at Target

The local Target store has a 75% off clearance sale on a Victorinox Tinker Swiss Army knife and 2AA LED flashlight for $8.44.

I have two of these 2AA LED lights, which are made in USA by Inova and have a good beam pattern with decent spill.  The fit and finish is excellent, though I lubed the threads and O-ring with Nyogel.

I got home, opened the sealed blister pack and found the knife was actually a Super Tinker instead of an ordinary Tinker.  The Super Tinker has a scissors and a hook in addition to the other blades.

I don't know if the Super Tinker was included as a mistake.

Based on the packaging yes, it was a most excellent mistake.

EDIT: Note 12 function. It was not a prefix that was left off.
