As is usual here there's loads of turkey left after Xmas dinner. So its time to come up with ideas to use it up without wasting it.

I've made a turkey and veg soup for today, and a turkey curry for tomorrow.

What do you do with your leftovers?

Well I had Duck yesterday and Pork today, not a Turkey in sight and I only have enough Pork left for tomorrow. PPPPPP (or a metric smurf ton of leftovers)  :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:

At my house turkey leftovers are an annual tradition. 
Turkey sandwiches, turkey club sandwiches, turkey bone gumbo, and my all time lunch favorite, turkey wraps with turkey, rice dressing and cranberry sauce filling.
