Question on vendor K4Wholsale

Have any of you had any bad dealings with this seller?

Online store, goes by K4Wholsale.com, knives4wholesale.com and lightningotfknives.com.

I ordered a knife thru them a few weeks ago and have not heard back.  I have called, only getting recording saying they will call back.  Emails not getting any replies.

Anyone else deal with them?

I have never heard of them but that doesn't sound like very good customer service to me.  I know I would be pretty upset if they didn't respond.

As always I'd suggest keeping an eye on the date and launch a claim with PayPal if no knife shows up.

Not really- every company has to start somewhere, and if no one gives them a shot then none of them have a chance to grow.  You took a shot, and there's nothing wrong with that, especially when you consider that most credit cards do have a buyer protection program in place.  You shouldn't have any issues getting your money back.

What knife were you trying to buy?  I may know a store opening soon that might be able to help you...  >:D

I'm always hesitant and suspicious now with miss spellings, attempting to rip people off with similar names just misspelled inconspicuously. China is notorious with this unfortunately.

K4wholsale would be my first red flag.

I actually use my Lightning alot... wouldnt be my first choice if I was trapped somewhere, but for daily use at work and home, it has held up just fine.

I just wanted a backup...

Quick update...

Got the new Lightning knife today. Can't grab a pic right now but it is just black handled, satin PE blade.

The action is very stiff, but it will break in.

I guess the vendor just has bad communication skills....Or I scared them with my threatening calls!  Haha!
