New Colors for Rebar and Skeletool 2017

The colors are Jungle, Concrete and Smoke.  I'm not good at linking but it is on the Leatherman website. They are limited edition and made of a ultra-durable Cerakote Elite Series Coating.

That's what I thought when I looked at the photos.   Not motivating me enough to buy any of these new "non-colours".

I will say the Cabela's Coyote tan rebar tempts me, the dull colors on LM website, not so much.

I think you can see the olive green better in the outdoor shots.
It is still subdued though compared to some of the brighter colors LM has used in the past.

Oh man. Thanks for those pics, I now have a OD GREEN (jungle) rebar on the way with free 2 day shipping! Cannot wait! This color looks absoloutley stunning with the stainless tools, pliers and hardware. And for me, I like the understated colors, I don't need this to be bright and match my wife's purse  ;)

I really like those rebars, so so tempted to get one myself. Dang, this all kind of started when I realized how much I missed my old Micra. Read some reviews online, found LM web site, and this site and now ... as I've heard others say, it's by no means a need, rather a want :)  Currently wishing for the rebar and possibly the signal.

I'd be more persuaded by these limited runs like the skele if they put the 154 blade on them, esp if they aren't going to BO the tools...even if it increased the price a bit

Or if leatherman could do some limited runs with s30v that would be cool :multi:

I'm pretty jazzed about it as well.  The Rebar is my favorite.  If only it had a pocket clip...I figured I may as well go for the factory engraving as well. Arrival was surprisingly quick.
